Block bookings
Block bookings offer a reduced session fee in return for committing to and paying for the agreed block of sessions upfront.
- Individual counselling: block bookings are available for 4 or more sessions.
- Couples, partners and family counselling: block bookings are available for 6 or more sessions.
Pay-as-you-go
Pay-as-you-go sessions are paid by bank transfer 7 days in advance of each appointment.
For face-to-face pay-as-you-go sessions, as the therapy room needs to be booked in advance, I ask that the room booking element (£10 per session) for all sessions within the minimum commitment is paid with the first session payment.
Couples, partners and family sessions
I recommend at least 4 sessions for couples, partners and family work. The first session is a joint assessment, the second session is split equally for individual time with each partner to understand each person’s perspective, before returning to joint work at the following session.
Payment
All payments are made by bank transfer. A receipt can be provided upon request.
For block bookings, the agreed block is paid in full upfront at the discounted rate 7 days in advance.
For pay-as-you-go bookings, each counselling session is paid 7 days in advance. For face-to-face work, the room booking element for the remaining sessions in the minimum commitment is collected with the first payment, as outlined above.
